Flavorful Banana Bread

Materials (10x20cm pound cake tin)

Butter

Granulated sugar
70g
Flour
130g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Egg
1 (60g)
Banana
1 (80g)

Instructions

Roughly mince the BARLEYmax®︎ that has been boiled to your preferred hardness. *See the pointer for how to boil BARLEYmax®︎.

Combine butter that has been restored to room temperature and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix.

Add cracked egg and mix well.

Add the smashed banana and BARLEYmax®︎ and combine the entire mixture well.

Shake the flour and baking powder in through a sieve, and roughly combine.

Pour dough into pound cake tin, and bake 40-50 min in oven preheated to 160 C.
