We sell our food ingredients other than BARLEYmax® only in Japan, and do not sell overseas.

What is?

BARLEYmax®︎︎

BARLEYmax®︎ contains twice as much dietary fiber as regular rolled barley, and is rich in iron, zinc, and vitamin B6. It has a low GI (Glycemic Index) value of 24.3, which is an indicator of postprandial blood sugar rise. It is a low glycemic index food that gently absorbs carbohydrates. For commercial use, we deal in raw barley, barley flour and flakes.
