Three types of dietary fiber reach deep into the intestines: BARLEYmax®︎

The length of large intestine is as long as the height of an adult and is known that there live a large number of intestinal bacteria. What food ingredients reach deep into the large intestine?

Resistant starch—slow to be fermented
